SUMMARY:GWSF May Open Meeting - How housing associations are using social media
DESCRIPTION:Our May GWSF Open Meeting will be focusing on the Forum’s current research project looking at how different member associations have been making use of Twitter\, Facebook and other ways of communicating with tenants and the wider public. So far we’ve found overwhelmingly positive feedback from associations about their experiences\, with only a small number of potential pitfalls and challenges highlighted. \nWe’ll be producing a publication for members based on the research and will aim to make this as useful as possible for members by sharing examples of good practice etc. Come along\, have your say and hear from GWSF’s Colleen Rowan\, GWSF media adviser Craig Watson and at least one association which has participated in the work so far.
