DESCRIPTION:Back Together – and still keeping it local is the theme for our first Annual Conference since 2019\, and we’re expecting a bumper turnout! \nWe’ll be covering all the hot issues\, including the future for community based housing associations\, rents\, the cost of living crisis and retrofit/climate change challenges. Among our keynote speakers are: \n\nMinister Patrick Harvie MSP\nAngiolina Foster\, Chair of Public Health Scotland\nAlistair McIntosh\, CEO\, Housing Quality Network\n\nTopics covered in our very practical breakout sessions will include: \n\nHow to rescue a housing association\nThe April 2023 rent rise – a guide for committee/board members\nWill heat pumps save the planet?\nTenancy sustainment – going above and beyond?\nThe cost of living crisis – what can HAs do to help?\nGoing digital and reaching more people\n\nAnd to maximise our attendance\, we’ve pegged the delegate fee at 2019 rates.
