RSS Feeds List

Subscribing to RSS feeds means that you will be notified automatically whenever new information is added to the GWSF website.

You can choose to be notified of all information added to the website ..

After you have subscribed, update notifications will be sent to the RSS news reader you use on your computer.

"Members only" information is not covered by the RSS feeds.  If you want to receive updates about this, you should choose the "Notify" option in the GWSF News message board in the Networking section of the website.

Need help with understanding RSS feeds?

“RSS” stands for “Really Simple Syndication”.

You can recognise an RSS feed by the orange symbol above.

If you subscribe to an RSS feed, the system will send a message to your computer to tell you when new information has been added to the GWSF website.  This means you don’t need to visit the website to find out what’s new.

To get RSS feeds, your computer needs to have a news reader installed.

This is either a piece of software you can download to your computer, or something that is part of the internet browser you use.

Many news readers are available free on the internet (you can find one using Google or your usual search engine).

Some web browsers, including Firefox and Opera, can automatically detect RSS feeds.
